If I recall correctly, Snipe does 1mil to regular mobs and 500k to bosses. The cooldown was reduced down to 5 seconds, as for the lag issue I don't know.

SE isn't as awesomesauce, but still neat to have. since hurricane increases with each level with no jumps, it'll be good to max sooner as well. But i assumed he wasn't in the KMS, so he can change w/e when we get the SP resets.

Phoenix isn't useful until it's near the point where it's maxed since all it does is aggro monsters and will rarely stun at early levels. You'd still be relying on Silver Hawk until Phoenix is of a decent level.

post-bb, would pierce be more important than snipe? i have most of my build up to my level (155) figured out except for those two.

Snipe has and will be useful against enemies with high HP. Whether they're more important than pierce is a separate issue (of course pierce is more important; they're a mobbing skill with no cooldown)

Snipe seems to be useful in the really early levels, but when you get to the really high levels, snipe, like now, becomes just a piece of junk that does less damage than another ulti strafe and actually hurts dps o_O

Doesn't snipe have a 20 sec cool down at level 1? That seems pretty reasonable to keep at level 1 and focus on other skills.

It really depends on where you grind (and of course the new (skill) formulas and cooldowns). In JMS there is only one high-level training ground (Neo Tokyo boss) and piercing isn't used at all. I plan on sacrificing piercing if NT boss is still around and sniping if its not. Hope this helps.

You can cut some points out of SE. I'd personally drop 5 to get at least 21 Pierce.

So.. seeing as the date of BB is currently unknown. Here's a list of questions I would love to have answered:
1) Should I wait it out and make a BM/XBM then or should I start now?
2) Can I make a decent BM with 50m at the most for funding?

1. i say start now. If you don't like the class for the first 50 levels, then i don't think you'll survive the run to 120.
2. I made my bowmaster with only 100k from my cousin. 50 mil is more than enough to start ANY character. and with the new potential system installed, your equips will be better than mine were.

1) What's the order of things to upgrade?
2) Str bonus equips or dex bonus equips? An explanation of why would be helpful as well.
