In the upcoming KMS patch (and is already in KMST v.1.2.456) , you have three decks instead of two.
Also note that you can't have two of the same cards in any of the decks though (ie. You can't have a DS in deck 1 and Deck 2)
Pretty sure you guys will get it after Tempest. :o

I'm a 131 paladin in Zenith. I have over 200 mill+ mesos to burn, and I'm looking to buy some mastery books. What are some premium books that I MUST buy? I've been told that ACB is a must-buy, but I can never find that book on the FM... what monsters drop it?

IF I were you, I would ask some hlvled/high att.range friends for some Hilla run's on at least family drop. You will get ACB for sure

ACB is a skill book, not a mastery book, and it drops from Zakum (rarely since it became instanced), Chaos Zakum, or Hilla. As Elecher said, Hilla is probably your best bet, although if you have strong friends willing to kill Chaos Zakum for you, that's good too. The book requires Scissors of Karma to be traded, which is why you never find it in FM. It's just not worth the price of the Scissors.
As for mastery books, do you even get a selection of Paladin books in your FM? Around here, all the old classes are so hard to find books for, you might as well pick up whatever book you find (except Rush, that really should be left for last).
My priorities would be: Blast, Power Stance, Holy Charge, Guardian, and Achilles. Heaven's Hammer is a matter of personal taste, some like it maxed early and use it every 20 seconds, some never use it at all.

Yeah pretty much what SaptaZapta said. ACB isnt as big as a priority as it used to be but pretty much that order. Also dont get holy charge until you know you'll be able to pass the 20 book and max it out. lvl 10 holy is practilly useless since nexon doesn't like to do anything with elements.

@Buzzinator Get advanced charge: a patch soon after tempest makes it hit 6 times.
Otherwise you'd be stuck with one-time hitting charged blow for training D:
Personally, I'd raise ACB>blessing armor(don't need book)>Stance>Guardian>Holy Charge>Blast or MM. Mostly because I don't go bossing until I can hit HT without missing.
I've never used Heavenly Hammer in training my pally to 200, but that could just be me

I've recently come back to Maple after quitting around when potentials and Big Bang were released, and my equips are probably very out-dated (I tried soloing Hilla, and nearly ran out of time- took 29 minutes and 30 seconds). Any suggestions on how to upgrade and how much the current equips are? Thanks!

First off, welcome back! Great to see old players back.
Your equips seem fair still, not THAT outdated..
Rings - Evolving Rings I lv 17, Ring II lv 17, Ring III, lv 10. Pretty standard rings and works for any class. There are rings which can have potential, however, they tend to be very expensive. You could get a Tempest Ring from Tempest Shop currently which has potential, but untradable when equipped.
Earrings - Since DEX is no longer required for Warriors, you should replace these with % STR ones. 6% STR earrings I've seen for around 20-30m. 9% ones I believe are just under 100m, haven't looked at Scanian market for quite a while.
Pendant - MoC? Unless you meant MoN? MoN is still the best pendant around generally, unless you can get a 6%+ potential HTP/CHTP/Rising Sun. Dominator Pendant would be the best, but as usual, very expensive.
Shoulder - Tempest Epaulet, get this from Tempest Shop, currently the best shoulder pad you can get due to it having potentials. Later on, we'll get Empress shoulder pads, but they're quite expensive to my knowledge from KMS.
Helmet - I would upgrade to a CZak Helm or Empress Helm.
Many have switched over to Empress Equipment, however, looking at your current equips, you're better off sticking with them unless you plan to scroll and cube or buy already made ones.
Codex - Try to get Leafre set for Codex. It gives +1 all skills and 30% defense ignore. With maxed Combat Mastery, that brings you up to 80% defense ignore, which does help, especially when it comes to bosses.
Advanced Final Attack - Monsters no longer drop specific mastery books ever since Chaos(the revamp after Big Bang), they only drop Mystery Mastery Books which gives you a random book of any job when you open it. You'll probably have to buy AFA in FM (25-40m currently I think?), or better yet, buy a Special Mystery Mastery Book(this one lets you pick which book to get, it raises mastery cap from 10 to 30 at 100% chance) from event shops. I'm not sure if the current one in Tempest Shop works or not, apparently it doesn't work for Luminous characters I hear.

Yeah, those equips seem decent enough - I would guess that with technique, you could get Hilla to 10-15 minutes solo.
There are no dex requirements for anything anymore, that's the main change that affects gear choices.

For the Hero Hyper Skills, The obvious first 4 are the Raging blow Reinforce/ extra attack and combo attack 20%/20%, but what about the 5th one, is 10% more FA chance > 20 more attack?

So, I've been discussing with my guildies about my up-and-coming UA Paladin. I've never had a UA before, so this is an experience for me (going through with this on my Mihile)! However, they've been saying that it's a bad idea for me to make a Paladin, any reason why? o.o
And, I'm planning to go Two-Handed Maces with him (cheaper, cooler looking, tired of swords ~.~). How terribly wrong could this go? :f6:

first part: UA pala is fine, my paladin is a UA. Soul Driver hits slower than charged blow, but hits harder and 2 more monsters. paladin is fine in my opinion.
second part: dont do two-handed mace, in my opinion. while wearing a 2h weapon youre missing out on the 200% wep/magic defense and 60% block you have while wearing a shield. if you want to do 2 handed weapons, go play kaiser or hero. if you play paladin, you play paladin because you want to have legit God Mode, not because you're a wanna-be Hero.
flame gear for F/P and vampire for bandits are the best UA combinations, if I recall correctly. they're all fine though.
