Not sure about the lvl 120 PQ, but in the lvl 60 one the Visitor can drop nada. It happened at least 5 times already for me. Probably closer to 10.

If what I think is correct, maybe it's worse to 2x drop.
Let's assume boss can ONLY drop 1 item at the most, not 2 or 3.
Let's assume he has a fixed drop rate. Ex. 1% VIP Claw, 2% VIP BW, 10% no drop, 50% chair.
Now lets say it is 50% or higher drop rate for chair. If you 2x drop it then you will ALWAYS get a chair because it leaves no room for other VIP items to drop.

Often, when I try to alien pq, it would cc me but then the pop up says "not all of your members are here," or something along those lines. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, do you have a solution? Relogging worked to an extent in the past for me, but not anymore.

We've had a similar problem last night where giving leader to someone else and/or kicking people out would give the message "Not everyone has their visitor suit equipped" or whatever even though everyone does. Usually it only gets fixed from disbanding the party and remaking it.
It's not that bad, but it's more of a nuisance than anything.

I had that pop up around 7 times before we finally got in, with two (disband + relog)'s and taking off all NX stuff in between. It finally worked when one of my guildies left to train, though that's probably just a coincidence. I'm inclined to think ob3lisk is right because I saw a lot less people when we finally got in; does that mean we should press enter asap? On our successful attempts, we didn't have to rush or anything, though.

That's basically what I did. At lvl 132 I couldn't really take hits though, so there was a DK with me for HB.
DK rushes to ones side.
Someone freezes them (makes getting the combo easier).
Combo to 200. (In the mean time the DK heads up to the mddle of the room.
Tempest.
DK uses dragon roar. (if it doesn't reach the ones on the bottom then the aran can finish 'em off).
Rinse and repeat.

Credits to Dusk for explaining what he did for me:
It's best for an FP to go. Have the attackers attack red side, and let the FP Mist full yellow side. FP waits a bit after mist, and one Meteor clears entire yellow side. Convenient, but when I did it I was useless at bosses and even got 1 hit.
In fact, you can mist most of the maps in pq.

After you change dimensions the Poison mist dissapears (even if it was before the time runs out). What you can do is mist the yellow side, then wait until they're all posioned, go over to the red side, use fire demon on the mobs first to reset their resistances (since they're immune or atleast resistant to poisoning) and then poison them with mist.

No, the dex mobs can't be poisoned after using Fire Demon on them. All Fire Demon does for resistances is allow you to do full damage with Paralyze. However, with 13+ Fire Demon (4 mobs), you can damage entire platforms with Fire Demon's own DoT. What I do after misting the Pow side is spam Fire Demon on the top two platforms until the Dex side is cleared. Theoretically, if no one else was doing anything, I could solo the dex side in 40 seconds with max Fire Demon and finish the Power side with Meteor. I only have 13 Fire Demon and the bombs make it a bit hard to succeed 100% of the time even with a party of 6, though.
