Did I miss an announcement somewhere? I can't go in to see the 4th job instructors with my 128 Crusader. I tried on several channels on February 4th and 5th. Is this true for all adventurers for a short time period? Or do I have to wait for the next hero update patch or something to get my 4th job skills?

I got hacked recently and thankfully have managed to get some money back by selling items I had in a mule. I am thinking of what I should buy to strengthen my Aran which is the character I plan on training now.
I think its pretty obvious the best option out there is the Lionheart set, however the availability of some pieces is pretty low (specially cape and weapon which cost each over 4b). This made me think of what other options there are I thought of the Marx VonLeon set. The bonus for the full set is pretty good even if not as good as the lionheart one. It's also way cheaper although it has a major problem which is the pole arm has slow speed.
So what do you guys think? Whats a better choice for an Aran with limited funds and no NX for cubing? VonLeon or Lionheart set?

I would say don't go for either full set, just get a top/bottom.
The only set bonus that's worth the loss of some % str and the pain of having to self cube (w/ meso I assume)/chaos is the 30% bossing one of the full Lionheart set, which, like you mentioned, is a bit difficult to get.
I don't think 30% ignore pdr on the VL justifies the loss of a bottom as well as the pain of cubing your own stuff either.
Therefore: I also suggest you get the 4 set of Lionheart if you can/want to while keeping a top/bottom if you really want some set bonuses. Otherwise, just spending the money on nice % equips is way better than halfassing an empress set.

Just asking is it possible to achieve caps damage for hero (brave slash), paladin (blasts), dk (di), arans (overswing only), demonslayer (wadever), with just
warrior tops and btm, with legendary potential tiered stuff and only that 140 weapon
without cygnus sets.

Not sure what you're asking, but Heros hitting consistent caps with IS have existed before Empress and Legendary potential, so obviously it's possible with. I think the range required is somewhere around 100k-150k, depending on boss damage and ignore def. I don't think you can attain that range with only three pieces of equipment (top, bottom, weapon), no matter how godly scrolled and potentialled.

I mean if it is possible to achieve damage caps without using any piece of Cygnus equips just the weapon.

I was going to buy GM polearms and perfect it, but they don't exist in Demethos. Any ideas? I was thinking of maybe making a PvP polearm (fast atk), or just settling on an Arcglaive in MTS.

Another few questions:
When Aran AFA procs, does it hit only one monster? What's the range of AFA's (invisible) attack?
For the Aran's damage dispersal penalty to be removed, does it require level 1 Cleaving Blows?

If it's anything like the other classes' Final Attack, it will work for the monsters you hit. I don't believe Final Attack has a range, as long as you hit a target.
Aran's damage dispersal is removed entirely, even if you don't put a point on Cleaving Blows. The updated skill will give you 20% extra damage to bosses.

speaking purely as a DrK here, but my FA does have a range, it's melee range, if i'm up close on an enemy it will trigger, but if not, then it won't. and it only hits one enemy (again, DrK)
