Ok, Altar of Limits is ridic easy if you know the gimics so nothing to be "OMG CUM STAINED OUTFIT" about. I can clear it on my Moon Empress in little over 3:30 now and I'm far from "over geared." Though, dat leshpon run. I'm surprised he even did it, seeing as everything in there has massive dark resist.

I believe this blog was written by MisterCrow, but I may be wrong. I remember Jay linked this a while back.

EDIT: This goes more in depth EDIT again: Don't need to search in the second link and has some pics. I believe that the title book stats were part of the replacement of stat stones.
