One Blue says they fixed it this morning, but some people are still reporting lag issues. Of my last 12 legendaries, 7 were rings. Two were Leoric, and two were Puzzle. Dat RNG. I might continue into tonight and see what happens, since my last final is tomorrow afternoon, and then we can get back to some good 'ole fashioned "get nothing while rifting".
