Setting up off days for work when January comes by, now I am totally excited even though it is far away. On the other hand, a special occasion today required to dress nicer, and since I have not worn some of these clothing for awhile, I noticed that they were way too big for me now. I know I have been getting in better shape for the past two years, but this was really a surprise to me.

I saw the Von Trapps live this afternoon, it's my grandma's birthday next week, so I split the cost with my dad to take us and the direct family to go see them. They sang in 7 different languages and really had this sophisticated appeal. You might like them @Rick; or [MENTION=248]nikki[/MENTION];

Annnnd I got called for an extra 2 hours today too... I ain't gonna complain, this paycheck is going to be ~$150 dollars more than normal, but it is also moving into the busy season.
Also, is there a policy on dating coworkers? This one girl that was hired at the same time as me is AMAZING! She's a huge Disney fan, her favorite princess is Anna and it was Aurora while she was growing up, and she got upset that all the Star Wars lunch boxes we had were sold out. She's basically everything I ever wanted!

Today has been a fantastic day, an old friend from 2003 who disappeared in 2010 got back in touch with me, spent the last 5 hours catching up, apparently she went to school in europe and couldn't find out my contact info. She eventually found me through one of my one piece forums and has been emailing one of my old spam accounts for like a month. I went to go check on to see if I got any NX "promotions" to give away, and bam spammed to hell. It felt good because I could even remember her last name lmao. MY LOYALTY IS UNMATCHED.

As long as she isn't your manager, you is gooood! It's kinda frowned upon though, cause of any possible after effects. Just be responsible!
EDIT: On days like this I get so over whelmed it drives me insane. I have so many things I want to get done, need to get done, but something else pops up and gets in the way. I'm still afloat, but I'm scared this ship is gonna sink soon.

No, I've never lived in Portland, only visited. And the Von Trapps are descendants of the Trapp Family Singers, the Austrian group immortalized in the film The Sound of Music. Neat you got to see them!

Haven't spoken much with Brodie for the past couple of days. I spent the day at his on Saturday, but a family crisis popped up so we didn't talk much after I got home. The next day he was feeling crap because of the family crisis and was also with his friend all day, so we didn't talk much then and yesterday we didn't talk much because I had my friend over. We've talked a bit this morning, but he's having a bad day and doesn't seem to be in the mood. Sigh.
I kinda just wanna make it all better. I know it's not his fault, and it's not my fault either. It just kinda sucks. I miss him and i'm afraid i'm starting to get a little bit too clingy and taking the lack of talking personally despite knowing exactly why. My heart just isn't listening to my head right now, and it's annoying.

Because I have a day off tomorrow I decided to go to LCBO/liquor store with my friend for the first time in our lives to buy some drinks. He didn't get anything but I got a bottle of soju and sake just to test the waters and see how it tastes like and all that jazz. I just finished both bottles and I'm not sure if it's some sort of placebo effect because "hurr I drank now I get weird rite?!?!" but balancing is actually funny.
I got up and went to the washroom and had to hold to put my hand on the wall while going there to prevent myself from losing balance and then while I closed the door I kinda fell back?
Either way this was my first time drinking something alcoholic and I rate it 8/10 because it's hilarious
