What I really wanted was to make Hsien-ko's bomb have a hitbox, so it explodes on contact and doesn't go through the opponent. That's why I barely use the move... But, I guess with more items, less chance of getting the bomb. : \
I would also like her Forward Medium to have Haggar's headbutt properties, to cause dizziness if hit when the opponent is doing an attack.

What the heck was up with his "level-ups"? Frank West, regardless, looks interesting.
Now Rocket Raccoon. Oh god I didn't think he'd be Servbot small, have more crazy crap than Cable. Also, his digging move is already a god-tier troll move. He's just so hilariously angry. His combo damage isn't super high and health looks like around Strider level, but my god he has so many ways to keep you away as well as get TO you.

Frank gets stronger normals and access to other special attacks as he levels up. Max level is 4, you can check it on his character portrait.
Rumor: I've read that his level upgrades every 10 points. The points depend on the combo counter when you snap a shot. If that's the case, I've already got a little something planned with him and Hsien-ko.
