-- In the current meta, I frequently found myself wanting a certain champion, but not picking it because I would either suck royally, or I didn't have him/her/it unlocked.

-- I guess I got infatuated with Kog'Maw in my run of normal games. This proved to be a bane.

-- Sorry guys, but I think I might be more of a lone wolf for a while for next season. Playing with some of you is usually not a learning experience for me, other than the occasional niche piece of knowledge. I want to play with certain others when I'm learning new champs however.

-- Overall, I think I want to diversify on the champs I play. Just the way I am currently, this is going to be quite a hurdle. I'm hard to impress, and it's hard for me to get deeply involved into something.

Looking back now that Season 1 has ended, there's a few things that were good and a lot of things that were regrettable while I was playing ranked. Here are a few things:

1) I jumped into playing ranked too early. I still had a lot of room to improve at that time. This is a decision I will come to regret for some time.
2) I had a very limited list of champs to play. In fact, I did not have many carry champs available for me to use. As a result, I was pretty much at the whims of my team composition and shyt. I didn't have an influence in the match outcome. This will change in S2 as I started learning how to play certain carries over the past few months.
3) Quite a few of the fundamentals I thought I had gotten down exposed its ugly head when I started playing ranked. Aka, I had flaws in some of my fundamental basics I shouldve gotten down when I started playing LoL. Now that's just quite sad.

Though by playing ranked, I did improve quite a bit. After playing ranked for some 30-40 games, I realized how normal games have now become somewhat of a joke. In other words, I don't take normal games as serious as I used to do. And of course, I learned a few tactics/strategies from ranked that I sometimes use in normal games just for the kicks.

I'm looking forward to Season 2. But this time, I have a lot more up my sleeve. I now have a feel for playing ranked matches. And I'm definitely not f'ucking around this time.
