Finally got my Buff Duration back. Throw in max Empathy and S Rank Mech card, and I'm at 125% out of a possible 140%.

I finally got it.
It might be 1%u0025 less but that's kinda cool.
I have 20% boss now but hopefully I'll get my PB title soon thus cutting the loss by half.
Very happy
26 int and 4% drop item alongside with it, I wonder if I should roll those two one day but I don't know.

No it's the best IA, it affects Circle of Mana and helps the start up of other skills.
-2 From Booster, -1 From "Return+Dive" Skill,-1 IA, is insanely broken.
