Cause you're strictly thinking of those 3 weeks being used to come up with story and producing the chapter. There was a probably a lot of talking and whatnot regarding the future of bleach. They only announced it was ending last week. They've probably said that the series is on hold until they can figure what the heck they'll be doing about it.

Oh I wasn't aware of that, didn't expect bleach to end so soon. So I'm guessing the "spirit king" probably will be rushed through, that's dissapointing considering they've been foreshadowing that monster since the first arch lol

I don't see why some of you are saying that there is a lot of foreshadowing that the Quincy are the new antagonists. Just re-read the chapter and I didn't really get that vibe.

Hollows are disintegretting causing the imbalance. If you remember the Quincy were killed off because they wouldn't stop exteriminating hollows by disintegrating their existance. It's been awhile but if I recall the hollows are "purified" then refreshed so it's constantly flowing energy while the Quincy removed the energy entirely.
Anyone can correct me, I'm not 100% sure but yeah.

Someone's living under a rock. There was a post in every major manga thread, plus the Shonen Jump Alpha thread that Mangastream was told to stop scanlating any manga being published in Jump Alpha. That includes Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece
