There are no rules for this event. Last event I entered in they didn't even announce winners.

Max of 69 people unique people could have posted in this thread and assuming all of them didn't know who she was, that's still a very small percentage of maple.
Even if 80% of SP doesn't know who she is [or any random high %], that could be like 5% of all of maple. That's relatively small.

Yes. Yes I am. I do and don't understand why this event is taking place. I have no idea who this chick is but I know alot of people love her. To each their own I suppose. I just thought maybe they would of chosen someone a little bit more well known world wide.

I've looked at most of the submissions. Every video looks the same to me pretty much. Banned Story Characters that are SSed/Recorded. Guy with Girl, Both Crying. Spin the Pics, throw in shiny lyrics, make them spin a bit, put a black border around it. Bam, you got the basic MMV.
I won't be entering in my submission till it's near the end of the Event period. It looks like people are just stealing other peoples creativity, and using it.

She's one of the most well known artists in asia (think A-list celebrity). And the reason for why she's on Maple GLOBAL, is because she's trying to make a debut in America (even though I admit advertising on maple was a little random). But it's a far shy to say she's not known world wide, she has plenty of fans in North America. Many asian stars do..hence why many of them come here to do concerts.
Well anyways, you didn't know her, but now you do. I see her campaign is working =P
