The ranks are acting a bit weird and that's why these stats are not being true to reality. I am averaging ~250m EXP per day(except during the weekends), yet it only says I am averaging ~100m EXP. My current EXP is almost 1.1b, yet the ranks say I only have ~800m. Why are their servers being so slow?

You're disregarding 4 days from your average.
Of course the results of 5b/14 are going to be lower than 5b/10.
What you can get on the days you train isn't indicative by itself of your results unless you train every day.
If I were to, for example, get 500m XP tomorrow because I spend 16 hours on 4x, that doesn't mean I'm going to hit 1b the next day unless I do it again.
That's why you used an established period of history to determine trends/averages.

What I was trying to say is that your stats are a bit off since the ranks don't update on time. I've had 1.1b EXP since 11pm PST of yesterday, yet the ranks only say I have 800m. This causes that the EXP that I gained yesterday is not counted as yesterday but as today.

XP that you've gained since midnight Pacific time is today's XP, not yesterday's.

The ranks have not updated my EXP since before 11PM PST. The ranks show my wrong EXP. Your "thing" takes my wrong EXP and does its calculations.

Ah, your "had" interpreted as "gained" in the context you used it.
The ranks failing to update is pretty common lately. Maybe they paused them to fix them.

Hey i was just wondering how this list was working, i see on it that some people are listed starting on like the 12th as opposed to liek the 5th that most other people are listed as and i was wondering how it is done that way, liek i was on the list a few weeks ago for Beran Pirates and then i went to my KoC so i dropped off but like i came back and its still taking my exp from the 5th of this month when i didnt train my corsair @ all till liek 4 days ago... i just figured that it would be takes from that point onward and if so why isnt it kinda thing.. cause atm im listed as having gained like 36M exp on avg per day when in reality over the past 4 or 5 days ive gained at least 100-150M exp a day ... just seems kinda wonky to me... or is it keeping me as a record of having been on the list before so it keeps reading it from then.. which i would understand

Look at the MinDate and MaxDate. That is the time frame which your avg daily exp is based on. If you gained 100-150m/day in the past 4-5 days and you're shown to have 36m avg/day, there's 2 main reasons:
a) Perhaps your 36m avg exp/day did not include the 400-750m exp you gained in the past 4-5 days
b) Its an average of 14 days. You have a low avg exp because you did not train in the first 9 days. 400m/14 = 28.
Either way, remember average exp per day is based on how hard/slow you trained in the past and its updated when Eos has time to do so.

Actually it's updated on an automated schedule that has more to do with when Nexon actually has the ranks working right than any effort of mine.

ahh well i guess my question is.. how is this 14 day timeframe choosen, like on it i see some ppl starting not at the same time as others>.>

If you're not on the ranks the entire 14 days then obviously you don't have 14 days of data to compare.
