Nope, it's something we have now. If you want to fuse a symbol that needs to be leveled up, you need to pay mesos to level it up first.

Don't know, Kobe's video says people are speculating that it's 20 or 25. Nothing set in stone.

Most nodes you can set in your matrix are still useless. Boost nodes for useless skills, common skills that aren't worth a slot, and the temporary purple nodes whose name I forgot. You are definitely not going to get 50% more useful nodes.

I guess we should make every effort to max our nodes before this hits.

He's called Illium, and it seems he's from the Verdant Flora race, who were locked in war with Darmoor's race, the High Flora, before they wiped them out, except for Darmoor, and he awakened as the Transcendent of Life in Grandis.

Oh, also, his job ID is 15xxx, so he's one of those unique, factionless classes like Zero, Beast Tamer, and Kinesis, so heads up if you care about cash shop sharing and faction skills.

He's from Asylum, which is a safe haven for the surviving Verdant Flora. They have a Crystal Academy, where Illium learns magic. Since it's hidden, characters other than Illium cannot access it.

 Is this guy amazing or what?

I dunno what it says, but it seems like you gain 2%/3% damage for 5 seconds when you move a certain distance, and it stacks up to 5 times as you keep moving.

A summon skill in the 5th job tree of Illium. At lv25, it deals 1550% damage on a maximum of 12 enemies within 25 seconds. When your crystal charge is 3 or higher, it deals double the damage. Cooldown of 180 seconds.

It is related to your movement. The link skill activates when you move to a fixed distance. You'll gain 2% damage (stacks up to 5 times).
