I wouldn't know the answer to that question, as I've never researched it. I just know that I've used more than I can count on players that were clearly botting, and they always pass them. I've never heard a success story of any lie detector ever, unless the person they were used on was flat out AFK at which point it wasn't being used for its intention and doesn't really count.
