Bieber Arrested (Again!) - Hanabira.Kage - 2014-01-29

Honestly speaking, if this happened in Singapore, he'd be charged without mercy. :/

He's gotten off real lightly, and yet now he's back to doing pomegranate. That incorrigible brat.

Would they actually do it though? I'm sure they'll get a response from the white house. The one about the Death Star was pretty funny and informal as they provided facts as to why they couldn't build one.

You can't deport him. No givesies backsies.

The 100k+ sigs means that the white house has to at least consider it. Whether they do it or not is up to the courts I suppose. I just hate how being rich entitles you to getting out of jail for free. The kid friggin illegally closed off a public road, sped while car racing under the influence of not only alcohol (which he ALSO consumed illegally) but also Marijuana (which I'm also inclined to think he got illegally considering it's not legal in California unless you have a medical permit). You know how many not-celebrities or rich people would get like 20+ years in prison for that? And here he is walking around on bail doing stupid pomegranate still.

You say this like he isn't entitled to bail. Everyone is entitled to bail. He's not a flight risk and has no serious priors to consider him a danger to society. Your personal opinion on his guilt of alleged crimes is not and should not be relevant to court proceedings or justice in general.

I'll be the first to line up for rich people submitting to the same legal standards as everyone else, but you're encouraging the opposite.

Also, you can't deport someone for being unpopular... if he's convicted on all charges, there may be grounds to prevent further entry to the US but this seems unlikely.

I lost any respect that i had for him when he was DUI...
You could have seriously hurt someone.

He doesn't have to go home, but he can't stay here. Let's send him to Australia![/COLOR]

You didn't get the memo? Australia is not a penal colony anymore.

Bieber Arrested (Again!) - Razmos - 2014-01-30

Even he doesn't deserve to be exiled to Australia. Nobody deserves that fate.

All dose spiders... brrr.

haha I know he's allowed a fair trial and all that jazz. I believe that if he is found guilty of the charges, isn't that grounds to revoke the green card? Or does the crime have to be more severe than DUI?

Quote:The alleged incident happened after the limo driver picked up a group of six people outside a Toronto nightclub just before 3 a.m. December 30, according to a police statement.
So he was a #badboy before the dragging under the influence.

It's not a criminal act, but he broke the hearts of girls everywhere when he announced his (fake) retirement from the music business on CHRISTMAS DAY, simply to ruin peoples holidays.

Some people just plain aren't nice. The "grew up too quickly with fame and money" excuse only slides for a little bit, but this guy has gone far above and beyond that, in my opinion. He's a thug and a hypocrite and I hope he gets punished at least to some degree, because he needs a shock like that to hopefully make him make better decisions.

I think he'd benefit greatly from a break from the music business and from the limelight, and even if nothing changes in that time he can come back and at least PRETEND to be more mature than he was. He's only making things worse for himself as it is.

Did he have weed on him though? It isn't illegal to be high (in any state), it's illegal to possess.

I'm not certain, but I would suspect deportation only applies to felony offenses.
