Same with me, but I did have Merc link already linked before the patch. I'll add that I'm unable to link my TB's Cygnus Blessing to my WA.

I DC when I go to open my Legendary Booster pack from Cash shop, I've tried over 10 times now and the same results.

For some reason, when I'm on 1366 x 768 resolution, every time I change maps or accept/complete a quest, the Quest Helper automatically pops up on top even though I clicked the "Auto" button to make it stop auto adding quests several times...
Also, I set my HP warning level to about ~75% of my HP and it seems auto pot + potion pot works fine; it just can't be spammed and doesn't ignore cooldowns. Potion pot still lets you avoid death if you manually use it quickly enough.

Did a couple rounds of Monster Park and Spiegelmann's Gonzo Gallery (don't ask why) today, and got this:

Seems they took out the stat variations on badges, shoulders and belts (Forgot to screenshot the gonzo gallery belt and shoulder cause I blew them up out of boredom).
And no, I do not have the "Short Tooltip" option checked.

Spiegelman's Jeweled Eppaulet has the same problem. and I'm guessing the ESS Square from Evolving world is doing the same.
They really fucked up on the stat variation of items when they didn't bring over additional options (I still don't understand why they didn't)

ES Square doesn't have that issue, but ESS has base stats and I don't think the other items do, they only have 'random options', so I'd guess that's the problem.

DB's Blade Clone (Final Attack) isn't working correctly, it's supposed to be a 100% final attack, but it seems to only work maybe 40-50% of the time. The animation glitch is fixed but now there's another problem entirely, yay...

IDK if it's happening to anyone else, but the stupid quest helper box doesn't go away. It closes when you click on the "x", but when you go through a portal, it magics its way back. Annoying more than anything.

There's this annoying glitch on my Dawn Warrior where getting 1/1ed can prevent him from using any attacks whatsoever (Skills, basic attack, etc.) until he leaves the map.
He can use buffs and True Sight though.

Pulling some info from the other thread over, Cygnus Knights (the revamped ones) cannot use Andy's Mastery books and related quest reward random mastery books.
If you open the Monster book, you will notice that some monsters have those level 90, 100, 100 weapon/armour placeholders in their drop list. Don't know if they actually dropped it... was trawling through Monster book to see if they've finally added the silly Dragonic Fish Fin recipe somewhere (should add this as a bug too).
