iirc thats what it was before the update and after looking at shinku and greenpepper SS I can see I'm right(green goes from 10b to 176b per time machine).

checked before I head off to class and I had 1.3 trillion cookies so I figured "why not refresh I doubt time machines got that much more expensive" and it costs 2.2trillion to upgrade now Eek

also, 41/42 upgrades (last one isn't available yet)
160/100/100/100/100/100/96/68/55

edit: updated again, time machines are down to 270b for me
