Insight, and it was my lowest level trait too.
I also got a message saying my Diligence increased as well, but I didn't notice any significant change to that trait. Crap helm and MB as expected. At least I got some Willpower and Charm exp.

Probably Willpower. It said Charm for me, but I got Willpower instead. Was your Willpower maxed?
