From my understanding, You will receive a code similar to Basil and HS's events, So once your account is un-banned, you can redeem your code that way.

That isn't telling me if I will get a notification that is a force read. All i see is there will be a notification. That could mean just a new thread, a new post or opt-outs will not get it.

Being a lurker is only a problem if you're outside the GMS service area.
If you're in North America, Oceania (Australia and environs), the Middle East, or any other area that doesn't have its own MapleStory franchise, you can participate in the Southperry event without registering.
