For those of you that watched Firefall Live this week, thanks! For those that didn't, we announced more details on how the battleframes and garage slots will work. Here is a basic rundown of how it is all going to work as of right now...

• There are no more tiers.
  
• Each battleframe is independently leveled.
  
• By owning a battleframe, you automatically own a PvP and PvE version.
  
• The PvP version of battleframes are using approved gear so that they are balanced against other PvP battleframes.
  
• The PvE versions can be upgraded and use crafted equipment.
  
• You no longer have to have garage slots for battleframes.
  
• By owning a battleframe, you automatically have a garage slot for that frame.
  
• Users that purchased garage slots will be credited their Red Beans that they spent on garage slots.
  
• Locked battleframes can be purchased for Red Beans or Tokens.
  
• Tokens are earned by progressing your unlocked battleframes.
  
• All battleframes that you've already unlocked in Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be free to you in the new system.
  
• All XP that you've earned on those frames will be available to respend on the new progression trees for those battleframes.
  
• Separate loadouts for the same battleframe have been disabled for now, but should be added back in the future.
  

Obviously any of this could change, but this is the current plan. Feel free to use this thread to ask questions. Please do not use this thread to argue or debate the benefits or drawbacks to this system. Thank you.

One more week! Sad to hear tiers are gone. :/ Oh and they showed us a tour of the new Battle Lab (tutorial) on Firefall Live. All user, old or new will be going to the Battle Lab the first time they log in after March 22.

I hate what they did to the Rhino battleframe though. It's even weaker than it was before. The new alt fire on its gun is TERRIBLE. It wastes the entire 200 bullet clip in like 3 seconds and does HORRIBLE damage(Like 20 hits on 200 bullets). On the other hand, the Recluse battleframe is awesome now. The new Medi-Gun for it is great, it does way more damage and works like a rifle instead of a machine gun, and all the poison abilities are pretty cool except the Ultimate which I don't know what it does...I was on top of some mobs and it didn't seem to do anything at all. For all I know it's bugged though.

Not an Invasion event, but you couldn't go 50 feet without running into something Chosen affiliated.

I'm still adjusting with the default loadouts. Top priority for me right now is getting enough stuff together to make better plating.
