I'm already pissed just thinking that Nexon very well may have took the main aspect/characteristic of my class and made it worthless.

GG if you lag at bosses or lack a mobility skill that can zoom you half way across the map.

So, is the "Bosses do fixed % Damage and can 1-hit you whenever they want" real? Because if so....what? So turning 1/1s into 0/0s is what will make people happy and think the game is "harder"? I'm all for interesting mechanics, but three things:
1) Death should not be so freely given out. At no point should a boss insta-kill you at all, ESPECIALLY when they have hundreds of billions of HP. Hey you know how that boss was at 1% HP? Yeah well you all died because of a server lag spike. That's certainly fun!
2) There's no dodging ability in MapleStory. There's no dodge mechanics, no cooldown on dodges. There's only platforming, and on an online game that's not exactly good to be putting into boss fights as a lose if you mess up situation. Remember how everyone was complaining earlier about how drops would be lost without a perfect connection on randoms vs bosses scenarios? What about when you lag a tiny bit and therefore miss the perfect jump requirement to dodge an instant-death ability? Because that will make the game fun.
3) Insta-Death or any variation of it is not an interesting mechanic.

If they turn all bosses into Akyrum scenarios where you can die as many times as you want and still fight...well then that just defeats the point of being able to die at all, or for that matter the bosses doing damage. Or you having HP.

I'm sorry but this is not a solution to anything.

As for the %HP Damage...Well that's something I can understand. I believe I've suggested that before myself, simply because of the massive differences in HP between classes. As long as defense and other defensive skills still take effect in those calculations, and it's not just straight percentage, I think that's actually a good change. Classes with low HP will not get 1-shotted by everything, and classes with high HP will not essentially have infinite health.

3 Boss cleared the Experience gained was significantly increased, and the experience than traditional distribution methods have been changed.

Meaning bosses are, despite many peoples fears, going to give more EXP then it seemed first =)
