Has anyone gotten the "increase weapon speed" IA? I want to know if you can get it with A rank. I saw a SS on basil with this IA but it was S rank :/

Thanks. I guess the best I can do right now is to solo easy mode for any higher rank circulator (we can't buy multiples in GMS anymore) and wait for a similar event that gives out Ultimate Circulator.

...Or I can use hundreds of rank 9 circulators and hope something nice comes up (nice as in, getting at least one useful rank A line). What would you recommend?

I just got to lv70 and used most of my circs. I got +12att and +1% crit rate from a rank 1 circulator, but I reset it. I regret doing so cause I got nothing but crap from everything else I used. Right now I'm staying with +42 STR until I get more rank 1-3's.

This is exactly what happened to me, except I got +27 att and reset it and use a bunch of rank 2 circulators after I reached lvl 70. I have been using every rank 7+ circulators I can buy since then, and right now I'm lvl 71 and still stuck with crappy inner abilities.

Quoting what I posted just yesterday on Nexon's forum: "@Nexon: If your inner potential locks aren't selling, maybe it's because players can't even get one decent potential line to lock with in the first place."

You get it from Jean Pierre like the other ones. It just gives a higher chance to get better ranks.

Used over 250 circulators just now when I hit 70. Went from 11% critical rate to LUK +1 Dex +1, Max HP +15, Max MP +15.


Can't believe I didn't get any good lines. I'm so disappointed and losing that critical just dropped my Carte Noire chance.

I guess the rule of thumb is, if you get something even somewhat good, DON'T RESET IT unless you're prepared to get s'hit.

I don't know if this was asked before but here goes:

I used an ultimate (S-rank circulator) and got "9% of INT to LUK". The question is: does this mean 9% of my total INT gets removed and that amount is added to LUK or that only LUK is increased and INT stays the same? Thanks.

Your INT is unaffected.

So i got s rank ability +1 on passive skills on my hero. Is it worth keeping? Only things affected is advance combo, combat mastery, advance final attack.

No, but unless you're ready to go through another few dozens worth of circulators, you probably wont get anything too great. Even some +STR would probably help you out more than +1 on passive though.

+1 passive skills for a hero is amazing because it breaks level cap and stacks with CO/decCO, and hero passives all have to do with damage increases.

I have lvl 11 Toxic Venom with +1 passive skill. I guess I could upload a SS, but that would require me to relog and lose my +30% exp buff from spirit pendant.
