I'll be editing this as I go on.
Looks like the highest free circ is going to be a single rank 3 at level 70 if the pattern doesn't change, which means Special/Rank 2 are going to be shop only.

Azwan and Honour EXP - Aflac - 2012-07-29

I got A-rank 27% buff duration on my Evan, using rank 8 circs, and S-rank 9% damage on normal monsters on my Shad, using rank 7 circs. Unfortunately the other two lines are crap, but I think I'm happy enough with these lines for a while. I don't know if I'll ever get to lv70 honor.

Cubed a 5% item drop bonus which should help a lot during all this 3x. Event + 2x drop buff + 10% item drop potion = win.

So i got lucky and got a couple rank 2 circulator. Now when it states you cant buy anymore. Does it mean that if the item comes up again i wont be able to buy it again?

No, you can only buy one of each item when they come up in the store. If it comes back again you can buy it again.

It just means on that particular random inventory. If it comes up again you can buy it.

Since I don't feel like multi-quoting, I'll just be replying to various posts.

There are rank 10-2, special (rank 1), ultimate (I'm guessing rank 0, but from hot time only).

Special circs are available from the Pierre guy (at 10 Emperor coins each), at a fairly low rate (I'd say around .5-1%?).

High ranks (or maybe all circs? not sure) from Pierre is a buy-once only. You can buy multiple in one go. If he resets, you can buy it again (assuming you randomly get it again).

Also (not sure if you're looking for more data) I'm at lv 55 53,967 (39%)

It's A rank, which after reading someone's post i think there are different bonuses within the rank itself.

Jeez.. after looking at this thread I think I'll just stick with 2 lines of Inner Ability. Wonder how long it'll be until the Honour system gets a 'revamp' and the EXP curve is reduced. Rolleyes
