I'm already using the Korean codepage, but I don't think the syslocale is relevant. It keeps saying it "didn't load a DLL the correct way". Dependency walker gives me the name of the DLL, but it causes the program to crash when I use it. I tried to open the cab files included with the installer, but I can't find anything that will open it (I've tried like 3 programs).

It's a well-known Chinese song that describes the Chinese people. Personally I think it's sort of an egotistical song (call it nationalism, or whatever), but nonetheless it's pretty funny that CMS would integrate something like this into Maple.
