I don't know why anybody haven't asked this, but(I might be wrong, just scrolled briefly through)
but was it officially from NexonKR, with a notice(공지사항Wink/secret(비밀일기Wink?
if not, it seems to be an obvious attempt at fooling pretty much everybody.

but I must admit, I crave Irene right now, as I have a lot of good equips for it, assuming it uses a bow.

According to a couple posts I saw on insoya, It seemed like it was legit and got deleted right after since it wasn't only one person saying/posting this picture.
