However nice your patriot is, a zhelm is that much nicer because of its 15 str as well. That patriot will fetch a pretty penny as well.
Otherwise, your glove is next.
Also, you don't have a cape. Get a 2/8 or 3/6 PAC.
The way I see it:
Zhelm>Arund>glove=cape>Overall>earrings>shoes>

Oops, I knew I forgot to mention something. I have an 11 DEX Yellow Adventurer Cape, although I know PAC are better. It's just they're pricey and I'm not exactly rich at the very moment.
I've been planning on a Z-Helm for awhile, I might consider buying once I hit 80. As for the gloves, I've been eying a Dark Cordon with about 8/9 ATT along with its regular stats. Might be able to afford it soon enough.
Probably a little off topic, but how much do you think the Dark Patriot would fetch for anyways? I was always curious.

The Cordon is perfect for you. After selling your hinkle and buying an around you should have enough left over. The hat should fetch a nice price, but then again it may not because a zhelm is better for cheaper.

Alright, thanks. Once I hit 80, I'll start searching for a buyer who'll happily take my Hinkel off my hands for a nice price. I'll buy my Arund (105/106 ATT, although if I save a little extra, a 107 would be nice) and then if there's anything leftover, I'll also pawn off my hat for a pretty penny and buy a Z-Helm. Finally, I'll sell off my 7 ATT Work Glove, save a little more (thank god for Onyx Apples at APQ) and then buy a 8/9 ATT Dark Cordon. Finally get my Dark Pris. And just to let all Bowmen here know, if anyone in Khaini is selling a +21 DEX (or more) Dark Pris, I'm looking to buy.
I'm covered on shoes in my opinion.
I'll also be saving up to scroll Fallen Leaf Earrings with at least +5/6 DEX and then the rest for HP (I'm old-school, so I'm not going to HP-wash). Afterwards, focus putting at least 1 (hopefully 2) more DEX on my Branch Nose. And at 80 I'm gonna try to complete the Crimsonwood Keep quests to get that Deputy Star and that'll replace my Spiegalman Necklace. So I think I got everything covered.
Oh, the cape... well, that's rather spendy so I'll just be on the wait/lookout for a PAC that I can look into.

I recently quit my ranger to make a xbow and I have one main question. He has a 114/4 casa for lvl 90 so he's pretty much set for an xbow, but should I also consider a decent raven (107atk) to get me through the 80s or just find a cheap one to save money?
Here are the equips that will be carried over from my ranger:
Overall: 19/6 red ades
Shoe: 10/2 red arnahs
Cape: 2/8 PAC
Pendant: 1/1/1/1 30hp speigel
Hat: 7 dex clean dark arlic
Glove: 11atk WG

definitely get a zhelm, you can upgrade like i di and sell the pac and get a 3/4dex cape ( more atk and you make ~6-7m) iwould somehow ask a frend to help you kill BF for a pendant.

if the overall is high base str (6-7) then you good, however if its not, try to get 28-30 total stat overall, its the only thing in there that screams UPGRADE MEEEE.
after that save for your skills and after, go for HT pendant. remember BM dont get MW till 15x so forget about MW 20 for now, you might get to earn it later on.

I'd say the cape could use a bit of an upgrade as well... as could the shoes. Those are just a few smaller, inexpensive upgrades before you get to a pendant upgrade. As Carlos said, MW 20 isnt needed for a long time so dont worry about it for now xP

I have 8 DEX Pink Flower earrings for level 60 given to me by an ally guildmate when I got hacked, so I don't have to worry about those.
I also have a clean, 81 Atk Kandiva, which I will be scrolling, so I don't think I need to upgrade my bow for now.
I don't plan on BUYING a ZHelm; it's been a goal of mine to earn one ever since I had my Ranger, which was never achieved.
The Raggedy was given to me as well. I was originally saving up for a 3 Atk, 8 DEX PAC, which was what my Ranger also had before I got hacked.
The WGs aren't mine, a friend borrowed them to me until I can get my own. However, I doubt she'll be playing GMS for a good while, so I'm probably going to worry about that last. I managed to scroll a 7 Atk, 1 slot WG and I'm debating on selling or keeping that.

113 shiner in Scania on SW with an asking price of 100 mill, someone telling them its worth 50 and the thread starter saying its sold... Its not saying much but I guess somewhere in between at the 70-80 range would be fairly accurate. Link
Other upgrades: 8 atk focus to perhaps a 10 atk glove (You'll probably be adding in 25-30 mill) provided you dont need the str from the glove to use the xbow. If you need str, then switch the overall to a str based one (6/22? That should probably cost about the same as 3/22 or 3/23). The 10 dex IC 2 could be upgraded to a PAC but that can wait if you really want to upgrade your xbow and the likes and you can switch your cape to a str one so that you dont have to add extra points into str though Im sure you already know all of that xD
Edit: @ Maria: Sell the wg and use the 10 atk for now. For the most part, your gears are set. 63 mill is enough to get a z-helm and then perhaps maybe dex shoes? Then again, those could wait too. 13 speed is pretty nifty to use. You're right: The extra money should be saved towards a 3/8 cape if possible.

When did kismets give 16 dex (or 15/1, 14/2 or 4/12 or whatever)? You'll get 14 dex on an avg one and 15 dex on a perfect one, meaning 4-5 extra stats, not 6. That being said, its still a worthy upgrade for the price. Back in the day, you could sell a 10 dex sauna for more than what it'd take to buy a kismet and 100% it. That might've changed now with bathrobes though.
If you're looking for immediate upgrades, then I'd say you can try selling your 7 atk wg to get an 8 dex one. Other than that, there's not much you can do. As Wing has said, just save up for a good Gold Crow at 60 or a decent Nishada at 64 or something.

id try to get a 113+ casa or a good overall 25+ total stats sounds about right. i dont know the casa but the overall shouldnt be more than 20-30mill. the casa would drain most if not all your mesos but that 109 really needs an upgrade.

How did I not see this? :X Anyway, I'll keep saving for my cape, then. x) Like I said before, I plan on earning a helm, rather than buy one. I saw an auction for 9 DEX Elf Shoes for 10m... I know crap about prices so I don't know if those are too expensive or not. :<
