well, there's the flaming katanas, that are like 5, but are just recolors of each other.

the red katana would be more of a katakana, if i remember correctly.

this is just an idea for thief legend:
many of the thieves that were created were based on LUCK, implying that they need a lot of luck to succeed in dealing damage to the victim. however, the legendary, or the supposedly best thief, should have his stats based on INTELLIGENCE, on how smart and cunning he is with his skills. he, of course, needs a little bit of luck to succeed in damaging his victim too. so the legendary thief should have int as their main stat and luk as their secondary stat (like magician)
with his cunning and smart plans against the enemy, his damage should be calculated as "magic attack", as it resembles "magic tricks". the higher his intellectual power and the more magic tricks he has, the more he is able to damage his enemy
just a thought....

i have actually thought about this for a while, it's in my list of "nexonings waiting to happen" along with a fourth line in potential, and an "above legendary" rank painted in a pink margin.

it would be pretty interesting actually, think about it, your main stat becomes str, but staffs work on huge doses of int (and luck) becoming a top tier BaM would become quite the feat.

upon closer inspection, that is indeed pretty pink.

however, it still doesn't list any potentials, which is what my second statement was about.

Would be kind of neat if an unidentified item still gave its potential. (Since we know the potential is already set when it drops or is cubed, not when revealed). Could play guessing games with yourself, putting it on and taking it off, looking at stats to figure it out. A bit like what we have to do with the current potential display bug.
(This would be more useful in versions where magnifiers cost millions, obviously).

Would be awesome. It can transform into crazy weapons n stuff.

It will be but it'll have a magical attack ord that goes on the shield area that can be scrolled with a brand new attack scroll and it can get potential.

There's a new section under News called ''Secret Diary of Inkwell'' on the maple homepage.
This led me to believe that there will be sneak peeks posted in this 'diary' of new MapleStory content.

So far there is only one and this is it:

This is an unknown Black Wings member. However, people are suggesting this member is related to Orca.
Why am I posting this here? A new Black Wings member Orca was revealed with the release of Mercedes.

Since Mercedes is a Hero character, I think we will see this new Black Wings member in Winter with possibly the Thief Hero character.
