Crap...I accidentally deleted my lv 30 char on Chaos when I was deleting a bunch of others mule name holders. I guess I wont be getting my 10k Maple Points...

Well it only asked you to level a char up to level 30 in Chaos before July 11, I don't see why deleting it would prevent you from getting the 10k.

It isn't, is an event that spans for two months in the summer, when most of the kids are out on vacation or in some summer camp and just missing one of the tasks means that you won't get it.
