Only when the rules change, I will find it ridiculous if those kind of pictures (or stuff like kissing) becomes bannable. Anyway, I can take some 2 points of infractions while I see what their policies are.

Oh. I read it as you racked up 13 infraction points or so in these 3ish months and that you can take up to 2 more. Derp moment there, nevermind. I thought that because at the most that pic would be worth probably a warning, and nothing more. Therefore I was wondering where you got 2 infraction points from.

Nah, I only have 7 warnings and 1 infraction which expired saturday.
