It's worth noting that she's my secondary character, and I don't give a crap about tier lists so don't even know where she falls under in them. I do know my main from part 1 (Rachel) noticeably is harder to play with though, however Tao seems easier if you put aside the fact that I need to essentially re-learn her to incorporate taunt loops into everything.
In other words, don't diss Tao.
