Then it'd need to be all inclusive. To one a reason of notoriety would be insignificant or different to another.

I'm not a notable member of Southperry, however. I'm just a member. Therefore, that makes no point.

However, I will agree that notability does differ in one another's eyes. That is why it's an open discussion that forms into a list that obviously isn't set in stone and can be modified at any time.
