Out of curiosity, am I the only one who remembers you can chaos CHTPs for more attack? Due to potentials, the main AP stat : WA ratio is much larger, so 1 WA is huge for people with a CHTP [Making the fair assumption that if you manage to have a CHTP you're potential'd out]

Depends if the person in question has adequately sized cahones. You might get lucky and score some extra attack or you might get shafted and lose the attack all together. But nothing ventured, nothing gained I suppose.

Actually no, +% gear does not affect the stat ratio at all.

How come f6? Is it because of the order things are multiplied?

So like, from what I read from you before, say you had 800 dex and 100 WA, then the ratio is 8:1 where 1WA = 8 dex

So say you got 50% dex, so you have 1200 dex and 100WA. Are you saying the way things are multiplied in formulas, it'll still be 8:1 instead of 12:1?

Yes, because adding one point to dex when you have +50% dex actually adds 1.5 dex.

the ratio may not change from adding more %, but average base attack will because people are forsaking attack gear in favor of higher level gear with higher % bonuses. before potential you might have had a 5:1 ratio of dex:att, but afterwards you might increase that to 6:1 by getting rid of your attack cape, shoes, low level gloves, and MoN and replacing them.
