Shouldn't be too surprising. Picture perfect equips and that's pretty much what he has.
It's obviously not a big deal to Nexon (otherwise they'd have done something about it), so if you want to complain to someone, complain to them for not regulating the community and leaving it to the users to do that (which doesn't work, I'm sure that the primarily UAE guild he's in loves him).

I'm done upgrading for a little while. Blew 70m on a Pumpkin Lantern so I could stop having urges to upgrade equipment; I need to train more. When I do upgrade, I'll be working on getting a 7 DEX nose. With MW I'll be able to equip a Dragon Kreda. When Timeless equipment releases, I'll up my DEX to 70 and equip one of those.
