I really wonder why I always hear fire mages complain about stuff, they get all of the best glitches lol. Cyanne~ We need to go fish hunting again before your school starts or else >=O. Also, I don't see how killing bigfoot is a hassle without mist. just have a pally stun with acb, then everyone else attack, he has as much hp as pianus and with my unmaxed blast and terrible equips i can solo in 20-30 minutes depending on guards so with 5 of your friends bigfoot would take like what, 5 minutes? especially if your friends are NLs and BMs.

Finally, a chance to shine, you say that we should go back to the traditional, 'NL and BM' as main attackers? Wouldn't that be biased then, saying that BM/NL should be the sole attackers of this boss rather than a mage?
And... if they DO turn it into a boss, it won't be stunable. Ever fight Tengu with anything other than a NL/BM? It's a pain, costs a LOT, and takes forever.
You seem to be forgetting that this particular boss should really have 32m HP, is the fastest monster in the game, jumps, and does 11K touch damage. If you can't freeze/stun/paralyze/poison it, how the hell are you supposed to kill it without help from a BM/NL?
The way it's been inserted in the game is fine.

I think just the level should have been raised.
So that only 130+ could HIT it. (due to magical acc)
That would even the 2mil for a level 74 problem.

^You could still get it down to 1hp, then get someone to powerguard it or just wait for someone to come by and deal the finishing bIow.

Anyway I think there is a reason why bigfoots exp is high.
I hear that bigfoot appears in random maps at a VERY RARE chance so the chances of finding that semiboss would be very slim.

Wow......look at the facts guys:
I have asked Issac and Fiel about this, and they both said that this is a boss monster that was given "normal" status (like any normal mobs that you see out there every day) - therefore, it CAN be affected by status effects that we can deal it using our skills. If this was a "glitch", as most of you guys claimed, it wouldve been fixed by yesterday's emergency server check (with the other glitches/bugs that were running rampant).
(I still consider Bigfoot simply a boss that's been fed with too much steroids...lol)
And be thankful that there is at least something to control Bigfoots - there are 6 maps that a Bigfoot can spawn at, along with 19 channels PER map. That's a hell lot if you do the math.......ya know?

You do realize this is the only thing that a mage gets in this patch, right? And it's not like they spawn on a regular basis, they're rare.

You do realize that Mages get Lukless Elemental weapons as well, right? Even if they Elemental %'s aren't working yet that's more than enough.
