HELL YEAH. Earlier in this thread, I brought up that Hayate had giant gaps of missing chapters due to translators being divided on translating the current arcs and the stuff they hadn't been able to translate yet due to picking up the series late. MangaHut still has a few big gaps, but they aren't too bad. OneManga and MangaFox are now totally up to date and filled in all the missing chapters; though I didn't notice it on MangaFox even though it had been filled for some time since I last checked it out there and on MangaFox, I finally saw it on OneManga. Awesome.
Also, I see Deadman Wonderland 30, One Piece 577, Bleach 395, and Naruto 486 are all out. Checking them out later.

Hekikai no AiON- Just starting reading this. I have to say this is one of the better mangas I've read so far. Definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for something new. It's about a billionaire boy's first day at school. He sees a girl in the hallway getting bullied and tries to protect her. One thing leads to another and he ends up finding out she's immortal.
anyway, it's a really good read. It's more of an action/mysterious manga rather than just a school-life manga

Bleach 396: Jesus Christ, Kubo makes it harder and harder to think up a way to defeat Aizen without the answer to that being incredibly stupid. Every time he writes up something that looks like it looks like a solution to truly say that Ichigo can even fight Aizen with, Kubo gives a "LAWLZ! iTROLLZU!" to that when we discover it's all part of Aizen's master plan and to have accounted for that factor already. I'm starting to think Aizen is to Kubo what the Pigeon Devil Man was to Nagi in Hayate no Gotoku.
Naruto 487: I lol'd a bit. Didn't see the whole poison kunai gag coming up with the mood of most of this chapter. Also:
Sakura: "I'm supposed to be a ninja, but all I do is cry and rely on Naruto..."
Lol'd again. I remember when they reintroduced Sakura after the two and a half year skip and it seemed like she was actually strong and could fight now. I was wrong.

The thing that's being pointed out in MSPaint appears to be the insignia of the Heart Pirates lead by Law. Someone showed this on a forum, and I thought it was pretty neat. I wonder if Law's got some kind of connection to Whitebeard.
The World God Only Knows 90: Kasuga Kusunoki? Hell yeah. Here's to hoping she's the one carrying the goddess. The other characters I'm wondering if they have a goddess in them or not are Shiori, Nagase, Minami, and possibly Tsukiyo; because they've all been out of action for so long.

So, ready to discuss this with you guys.
I'd imagine it's VERY difficult for harem writers to figure out how to pair the main character. In order to take one choice, the author probably needs to look at the more obvious choice, the most popular choice, and as well as how to write it up. For an example for the last point, how will the other heroines react to finding out the main character's decision to go with one particular girl? The author has to figure out how to make the heroines accept it to the point where every character has a happy ending so that the fanbase won't rage too hard.
Decent example was Ichigo 100%. The ending really disappointed- a lot, for many; but I guess the author wanted to give it a natural ending that didn't feel forced.
Oh? And for most popular choice? Hina, HANDS DOWN. Have you been paying attention to the popularity polls? She's almost always won with a landslide. From the popularity poll around Chapter 218-219, Maria and Nagi rank 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Hayate the Combat Butler 263: Actually, this is one chapter behind. I wonder if Shiranui IS Hayate's brother, Ikusa, somehow transformed into a cat. That might explain his disappearance, but not sure why that would happen.

Hina or Izumi, that'd be my choices. Nagi is just a little sister to him. And I'm not a big fan of Ayumu or Maria. I can't help but feel the author is leaning towards Maria though. Hayate saw her in the magical mirror and he seems more interested than he normally is when he's with Maria.

Yeah. Most harem seems to go with the "obvious" choice, being the character that the series is more focused on. Ken had it easy with Love Hina, since the main character was based off him and the main heroine was loosely based off his future wife. Apparently he said that they made a promise with each other after school that if he acomplished his dream of becoming a mangaka, and she became a model, they'd get married.
How to be Ken Akamatsu
1. Enter the business as an assistant h-manga artist
2. Become rich off a harem series
3. Marry the girl of your dreams, who enjoys cosplaying for you (especially as characters from your manga)
