Yeah it does look like a Kaiser skill. I would say Paladin but then again they did give Heros that new skill which was a huge ass flaming sword so who knows.

I wouldnt pay too much attention to what weapon they use for the animation. Luminous was holding a staff in its animation and at some points Angelic Burster was holding a gun.

I always thought it would be cool if Hero got a skill where you rapidly spin a gigantic sword on your hand. Like hurricane but you could actually move while using it.
