The moment anti-gg gets into a lawsuit and loses, that's when anti GG stops and true reform begins. With patreon keeping a close eye (essentially putting a muzzle on rebecca watson), honestly her being one of the more sane members of this fat electric hair colored cult, they are sliding more and more into the abyss.
Their entire existance, purpose and fame is because of #gamergate, the irony is if it dies, they die.
My best friend irl actually got into #gamergate without me even mentioning it to him, after the whole Hatred thing, and him criticizing people for complaining to steam, I mentioned why it was REALLY shut down, and told him that I trust he'll do the research.
Boy did he get a wake up call and flip sh`it. With people like Arthur Chu and SRHbutts being Anti GG spokespeople, it's no wonder their entire hierarchy is absolutely fu`cked up. Also like to mention how these people don't know anything but character assassinations, that's why anonymous scares them so much, they are POWERLESS against fighting against ideas.
If NG got fired on day 1, this ENTIRE thing could have been avoided, now Gawker has lost, well, as they advertised it "7 digts".

I wouldn't make it too much of an issue, they have like 17 organizations, and it's just a PR stunt. After the ABC debacle she's lost a lot of credibility already. They are just trying to demonstrate they are trying to create an initiative by this critics standards, which people are quickly are going to find out are non-existant, or are for propagandists. I don't care about them so much as the rest of the article, they are literally spending 300 million dollars in order to make sure they hire less Asian males (and white males, but that one is obvious). They, a tech company, are spending 300 million dollars to ensure that their staff can't into computers.

Looks like the reason the deal was made in the first place is because at least 2 of the Intel people who signed were against gamergate on day one, friends of Anita and with involvements on the IGDA. The IGDA obviously got their share of money out of the deal with Intel.

She has got more credibility than ever.
Like, before this, she was some no-one making youtube videos that people got angry for over for a week or two. Now she gets on tv and print interviews fairly often, with an actual audience. Actual people know who she is now, and not just internet dwellers like us.

Lately I've been caring less about everything and all I can say is good for her and people like her. If they make a living out of scamming dumb asses, so be it. If said dumbasses feel like defending her to feel better about themselves, so be it. Eventually this will get to the point where no one cares anymore and everything loses relevance, hopefully then these awful scam artists/morons will make something useful out of their lives and dumbasses will find something else to entertain themselves with... probably something as stupid as what they're doing right now.

I think that this video is genuine despite its over-the-top rage and conspiratorial allegations. Jace Connors is certainly unstable enough to do such a thing; and who would crash a car on a busy highway as a joke? So whether or not Jace's authentic-sounding video freak out could possibly be construed as satire is beside the point.
Additionally, Connors is hardly a safe driver: He was sending messages via Skype in his car at 2pm on Friday, enlisting help for his upcoming trip to Wu's residence.
The video itself was filmed in the mid-to-late afternoon, consistent with the timestamps in the Skype messages. It's a blessing that the car skidded on the ice and stranded Connors without anybody getting seriously injured.
As of 2pm Saturday Brianna Wu said she was in contact with law enforcement re: the unstable gunman currently threatening (and acting) to kill her.

I saw that. While it gives GG bad PR...well, someone needed to give them legitimate death threats so they would stop milking the pity card with no real consequences. Maybe now they will do what they are supposed to and follow police protocol with "death threats" instead of using it as pity fuel. I'm not saying someone needs to kill him but someone needs to scare him pomegranateless at the very least, for the collective sanity of the internet.
