It is good, but for a unique stat, it's not that great. On a rare/epic, you can get 6/12 att on a craven per line which for an NL would be pretty comparable to that 9%.
My main point is that for the unique status, you can do better than 9% attack.

Well I was pretty bummed my sky ski's didn't get 3 slots and I decided all or nothing. Worse comes to worse there were a pair of 101's in windia/scania for sale so I decided to risk it thinkin it was going to boom. I stopped here because frankly I don't have the testicular magnitude to continue.

Dont remember. All I recalled was buying it as a 3liner rare from fm for 1mil, took a while to get to epic, and 3 more cubes to unique. Probably 15 cubes. A few more got me that, which i wasnt too happy with, since I wanted 15% luk at least. Only later that a friend slapped its value in my face that I realised how much it worths.
Other items I have include 3%all stats, 3%luk earring. A 6% luk, 3% avoid glove, 6%luk shoe. The craven is 65 attk +5 attk from pot.

That cape benefits someone with a lot of chars, but for people with chars needing only one stat, it's not the best, 12% vs an easier 15/21%. It's still nice though and i'm sure someone will shell out a lot of money for it.
