Really? Its my favorite place, its huge, the monsters are pretty fun to fight, and I like the whole greneade thing with the grass.
Bought some avatar items, meh no good hair for slayers but the items themselves arent too too awful.

I've noticed over the past few days that I seem to be unable to get my tech higher than 57%. No matter what I do. The game will show me getting +tech, but it doesn't seem to ever affect my tech score. Style works, barely, but tech never does. Anyone else having this issue as a gunner/launcher? It's obnoxious to not be able to get higher than a or b because of this...

I'm sorry this issue has made you feel this way. Unfortunately, the reward cards are working as intended. It is drawing by chance and luck.
Please keep in mind that the higher you level, the drop rate tends to decrease. You may also check out our forums in the community website to find insights regarding drop rates among others.

That? Well I hope you've noticed that's to prevent certain abuses for higher rank. At least, that's true for certain classes and certain dungeons. If all you ever did was back attacks or counters, you're NOT going to get 100% tech. Same thing goes for style.
It's a good question on how exactly the tech/style scoring system works though. And I'm not talking about the 140 score at the end.

You're kidding me right? Avatar items give you additional stats, and good ones too!? I'm probably not going to hang around for long if this gets worse.

You can trade them in game. Anyways, I can pump my style as much as I need to, my technic will never go above 60% no matter what I do. Dead serious here. I'm getting to the point of having to swap weapons mid-dungeon to change my fighting style to even MAINTAIN that 60%ish.

As a spitfire, I can't do overkills in dungeons that suit my level except to those tiny starfish in purgatorium. Rising windwill makes it easy to get back attacks, just slide into the enemy and do a rising windwill. Counters come naturally against certain enemies, other times you might have to deliberately go for counters, which can be dangerous. As for style, it's fairly easy to get 85% style with a bowgun, dunno about other guns. Jack spike + a few shots at them while they're down for aerial, and just keep shooting for combo.

Style's easy enough. I can get back attacks out the ass with a hand cannon. I can't get overkills at all, because all of my attacks are pretty much several hits of smaller damage. I guess I'll just keep spamming back attacks and see what happens instead of mixing things up.
