Since probably 99% of TeamRocket is PROBABLY level 70 by now... I'm hoping the 1% would be near my level (61) and would like to grind the whole day tomorrow at Final Pursuit Kings (Full)? D: I'm an FS sader if that helps!

I heard it's great EXP for a majority of 60-70,

I also have like 9 (2hour) EXP pots I'd like to use hehe

- Wave Mani. EX is honestly only useful for orb spammers

- Get a mastery if you're considering hit rate passive
-[SIZE="1"] Evade/Elemental boost are also good choices[/SIZE]

- Random lv 5 ghost orb, I'unno what this is. It's 1 or max.

- Murderous Wave isn't that good unless you plan on melee/being in range alot

-Fire Wave is crap personally speaking, but it's viable max. Consider opting it after trying it a little to see if it suits you. Mainly if you're melee based, drop it to 5 otherwise max if you enjoy nuking. Likewise if you do enjoy melee based fighting I'd suggest deadly enticer, but you're not gonna get a +11 weapon really on an asura now are you?

- You can also get a bunch of combat utilities as well, but I'd advise against if you don't find yourself xxx enough anyways

- Mind's Eye passive only works when you're guarding/back attacks/attacking or otherwise whenever you're not walking or standing or running really, just FYI if you're thinking of stacking evade. Oh and learn to use guard, it's pretty nifty at times.

5 for the cancel because it's a good random melee interrupter.
I feel like I can skip mastery because I'm going for a purely fixed damage nuke asura. Fire wave is actually pretty good for blowing up a frozen mob or for push back and burst damage.
I'm not sure about murderous wave because I end up in melee range a lot, but it drains MP like a little whore. Deadly enticer is annoying to use and sorta impractical because it scatters all the enemies after, and asuras like to have everything clumped...

So do you find yourself melee oriented or ranged. That'd help a lot in me making some build.

Also mastery increases damage on skills as well. I'd say disregard hitrate EX, but I've never really been trolled by misses. Ever.
But there are folks I guess.

Ghost Orb size increases with level, but it's mainly percent based as well so might as well drop down to 1 really.

I for one am not a fan of murderous wave, but I'd rather not be against it either if you're melee based and within range of mobs often enough.

And for deadly enticer, it's strong enough to wipe out mobs anyways....if you're geared. But of course max fire wave does the samething, and even better the EX version. So hurrr.

Hit Rate is the biggest damage increase you can get, better than 75 STR/INT. Also, haven't you ever gotten screwed when your grab goes "THUNK!" and then you die? That's me, oh so many times.

Pretty sure just you. Also Agni and GQ can only miss if you whiff so lol.
But otherwise for an asura, throw waves blindly in general directions = win game.

Enjoying wrecking pomegranate with my Necro and +12 wand but it's getting a bit boring fast. Enter room, cast Web, drop Grudge+Lure -> everything dead.

I was gonna roll a Soul Bender but but AFAIK it's the same thing. :I

Mastery increases weapon/magic attack...but all of my skills are unaffected because of being fixed... ;_;

More melee based, I would say.

Then horrible news for you, most of your melee based skills are all mainly percent based aside from ghost orb. Only because orb is ranged blah blah.

It's gonna look like some weird hybrid PvP/PvE build though honestly.

But try something like this:

Swap GQ for fire wave if you like the latter more, but keep lv 1 GQ for utility. Granted if you can also justify acquiring other utility skills and dropping magic crit, but utility is only useful if you use it, otherwise forget it. Murderous wave is your call, but I've seen the numbers so I can't reason having it for myself anyways. Oh and choose your own TP passives, since it's personal preference and only 1m anyways to reset.

Oh, just so you don't get the wrong idea, my build is nothing like this and I just spec'd to my preferences. Just do you what you want really as long as you max waves and level skills from asura tree. It's honestly hard to go wrong with asura without trying.
