Bah, was running around today, trying to find online Southperrians to harass. Either offline, or afk in an area I'm not gonna drop a boss on. Only found Mazz. Disappointed.

It's a balloon that spawns every 10 minutes or so and it drops 10th anniversary boxes along with red envelopes for the FP system
And iirc It has 10k hp and you only hit 10 damage per hit but Wild hunter summons bypass this.
