I've found that poppy's kpm (kills per minute) directly reflects whether or not she has red buff.

I'm back from a nice 5 or 6 days away.
After taking a quick look at the new patch notes, I'm rather sad. The new Kayle doesn't thrill me since I loved her style, I hope it turns better than it looks to me. Also probably the character that was on my top played the past month or 2 is getting a little thing taken away that I really liked, Udyr's healing on turtle stance with wriggle's will be missed, it was way too good to just jump in the jungle and fully heal HP and MP, or being able to solo dragon really early with razor.

Also, my opinions on the "new" Tryndamere so far:
Downsides: His healing got nerfed so hard (Bloodlust). And even with crit runes, you now start with a lower crit % chance. With my setup just yesterday + Brawler's Gloves, I was able to hit 40% crit. Now I start with 30% crit. I may have to be a bit less aggressive with him now since he can't heal too much.
Upsides: Higher levels of Bloodlust now gives him more AD with its passive effect (not too bad). If you're able to keep your Fury up, you'll be rewarded with higher crit % chance, which is actually kind of nice, especially during early game phase. And as stated in the patch, you are not required to be low health just to steroid up your crit % numbers. You can now pull this off with full health now by keeping your Fury up as well as with crit items later on.
That's all I have for now. Still need to see how impacting the changes on Tryndamere were in a live game.
