Am I the only one that can't log into cH 1? I keep getting disconected no matter from where I try to get into that CH. Its not only my account, any account I try to move to that channel experiences the same issue.

I still can't access channel 1 Bera. Ever since the servers went down nearly 24 hours ago, I disconnect any time I try to CC or log onto channel 1. Is anyone else having this issue?

Me. You quoted me on the Nexon forums. This is what I've done so far
I couldn't log into ch 1 through both game launcher and website launcher and this error happens with any account I use on this computer so for that I have a strong feeling that whatever is going on is in a maplestory file in my computer. I uninstaled the game and deleted all folders related that I could find, then downloaded the whole client again and tried once more but it didn't solve anything. Regardless, I noticde the configurations inside the game are the same as they were in the previous instalation, so whatever files might be corrupted and don't allow me to log into CH 1 might still be in the computer.
Anyone here got an Idea what these files are and where they are stored so I can delete them and try again?

Yeah I had the same feeling so I tried completely uninstalling Maple and it still didn't work. I cleared out the %temp% folder and rebooted a few times but no change. Not really sure what else to try at this point.
I just noticed that this happens on channel 17 and 18 for me as well.

At this point I find myself wishing that hackers bl0w the servers up so that Nexon has to pull an unscheduled SC and that fixes the issue. At the same time I fear the problem really is in my computer and nothing they do fixes it. I'm not fking formating my comp just for maple and if I can't buy/sell stuff cuz I can't get into ch 1 I might aswell quit.

Anyone else crash when entering Star Planet? Once I try to enter the game area where Yut, One Card, etc. are, I crash to server select.

So the impression I'm getting from some posts on Nexon forums is that all these various dc problems that a few of us are having going to cash shop, or to chan 1 or some other channel, or star planet server are not glitches but rather partial IP-bans intended to stop the DDos hacks. We are all just caught in the crossfire between Nexon and the hackers; if you get DC'ed while in some channel/server during an attack, you are then IP-blocked from that channel.
If this is the case, then reinstalling will be useless, as will be swapping computers.
I suspect that if someone gets a long-distance friend to log onto some mule account they could get to the channel that you cannot go to.
