It looks to be a Facebook post that was in his family and friend hidden facebook page.

So far several people have confirmed it and many believe it to be true, however, as always, take with a grain of salt.

Just the other day, I was thinking to myself that these 'death threats' could and probably were caused by mischief makers and not actual gamergate supporters. I guess they just think that we're stupid. Then again, I do love it when people underestimate me.

Ya I watched that as well. Currently, both sides of the fence are trying to claim his words as support for their own cause. Alex Ziebart in particular says Morhaime "spoke out against Gamergate", but I think that is just wishful thinking on Alex's part.

Exactly this, the only one who even mentioned gamergate (and is kind of an idiot for doing so) was Geoff Keighly. It was kept ambiguous intentionally, and I'm pretty sure that as a whole no one can seriously condone harrassment, or should. That's why when Geoff mentioned it Mike just avoided it and changed subjects immediately.

AAA game concept artist talks to Sargon for 1:30. Big things coming to the movement internally from gave devs themselves, also a ton of light shed on what is actually happening in the dev process itself. This guy had some real balls for coming out, he even admits he has a family and his job is 6 figure, not something you ever want to jeopardize for no reason.
