Beat Red last night with a bit of luck with a team of 60-65's.
Just finished catching all the legendaries I could in SS. Waiting on my friend to catch and borrow me her Kyogre before I go for Rayquazza.

Got to Lance. Ran out of most PP of the good moves there so I saved untill I want to play again. Also I don't have any super-effective attacks on Dragons, and no Ice-type TM's to give Delibird a bit of an edge against him.

Was able to reach Lance using a party of a level 59 Feraligatr and a Ho-oh. I had Ho-oh up first so that it absorbs Gyarados's Intimidate. Ho-oh died after a Sacred Fire burning Gyara. Then Feraligatr comes in and Crunched it to death. The rest was cake afterwards because they all died to Ice Fang with the exception of Charizard which I used Surf. I probably should have taught him Waterfall but w.e.

Finally got off my lazy butt to play again after taking forever to STILL fail on understanding how to execute RNG properly. Beaten Brock and then Blue so I can fight the buffed up E4 again. They are definitely stronger despite having a 63-65 team, but still manageable. Still using my Gengar, Gyarados, Typlosion, and Ampharos as main offense. I brought over my 72 Torterra from Diamond before I lost it, and had Dusk's near perfect IVed 62 Espeon as backups. So happy having Torterra on my team again. A couple Curses and she made Bruno's pokemon look like little girls. CLOSE COMBAT LOL ONLY 30-40 DAMAGE OUT OF 254 HP. Lance was weak trying to face a x6 Dragon Danced Gyarados with Ice Fang.
My team is now officially an all girls team. Wheeee.
I've yet to fight Red. I'll get some BP from the Battle Frontier and grab all the Power Items and EV train my Lugia.
