They just hotfixed in the Zyra and Alistar changes that I posted a while earlier. They also fixed the glitch where clones didn't have the summoner name above the health bar. (i.e. Wukong's Decoy)

Has to do with the evolution of LoL. Patches are major cornerstones of this process, and they are a cause of the major ripples in what players do, how people react, and how gameplay changes.
Put in more human terms: we simply don't just talk about the patches themselves, because that is pretty boring. Zyra's E got a base damage decrease? Okay. What does that mean for her play options? What do other people think?

Looking at rengar's necklace I would say that his first trophy reward is sexy. I'd keep the base movement speed bonus over just about any of those (not sure about his leap thing though).
