There has to be some trick to it, maybe sanji used mirage tempo or someone used sleeping gas again.
There is no legitimate way that anyone would be able to beat zoro without causing a literal river of blood to flow around the area they fought. Sure, sanji might not be up to par since he probably can't fight properly in Namis body, but the other two shouldn't have a problem.

I agree, and it's even been suggested that Zoro/Sanji may have haki so I doubt they'd be surprised attacked either..
I just didn't like this chapter, the yeti brothers just seem cheap.

To me, they're only really these giant guys with rifles capable of huge explosions. I think it's fine that they were able to kidnap Nami in Franky's body, since Chopper and Nami can't really fight in their current bodies. Besides that, I didn't think they were such chump fodder that they could easily get taken down by Luffy that quickly- so it's reasonable that all they were shown doing to him was knocking him back. I have no clue what the deal with Sanji, Zoro, and Brook was; hopefully Sanji managed to figure out how to Mirage Tempo in Nami's body or something after sensing that they were coming so that they didn't get noticed or start a big fight.
What actually aggravates me a little more is that Law is going to step in somehow, judging from the ending. As much as I'd like to see him kicking ass alongside the Straw Hats, this is still their time to prove themselves and show that they wouldn't be so easily brought down by the beginning of the New World. If Law does anything, I'd prefer it be that he simply restores their bodies back to normal so that they can actually fight properly.

Totally. They were really and constantly undermined as a threat this chapter so if they didn't get a chance to redeem themselves and f'uck these guys it'd be a really disappointing arc.

Oh God, after this chapter, I'm going to refer to Law as "Traffy" from now on. Wasn't expecting Luffy to give him an endearing nickname like that lol
Otherwise, solid chapter. Franky taking a Rumble Ball and throwing the cap of a friggin' mountain at Scotch was awesome, not to mention the fact that Luffy was fighting Franky more than he fought the Yeti Cool Brothers.

Still don't understand how brooke, zoro, and sanji/nami got knocked out so easily by these giant fools. Luffy didn't even have to do anything and he still kicked their butts. Only guess would be a "surprise" attack from the mountains somewhere with their giant cannon guns.
Also- interesting proposal from Tafalgar. Sounds like a good idea.

They stated something about poison gas from their weapons. I think they got knocked out by the gas.

They probably got ambushed with the KYP Gas (one that apparently makes you feel drunk). Considering that they were easily knocked out by the sleeping gas before, they're definitely not impervious to being ambushed like that.
Also, it does sound like a good idea. What if the Yonkou is Shanks, though? Or maybe, if the Yonkou is Big Mam, Luffy might not be as willing to ally because he's got too much pride about his challenge and refuses to go through with it.

Doubt it, it was made clear at least once that zoro literally cannot get drunk. (Granted, that was a long time ago)
