You could if you had saved it in your Salon.
I did it with my Kanna, because I didn't like how the new hair color is gray instead of black.

I did, but it just gives me the "it's already saved" error.
edit: oh wait... for some reason it didn't give me the option to "change" (button was greyed out) in the first place and that's why I thought it was completely overriden.
It's just not possible to save both hairstyles, apparently. Whew! Now back to not playing this for another few years
j/k I might even start playing yet again 
edit2: wtp I was able to save both styles, I have no idea what happened yesterday
edit3: well, you can save all styles and keep talking to the Maple Admin NPC. As long as you revert back to the original one, she'll give you the option to change your hair/face and you can just revert back and get both facestyles that way!

That's odd.
I saved my Kanna's hair, then talked to Maple admin and got the new hair. Didn't like it, so I saved it to another slot (it let me, although both old and new hairstyles have the same name) and then I restored the old one.
