On another note, my ticket is still open, should I wait for it to be observed or fire off another one because I want my NX compensation for expired shops; then fire off another because I want my No Boom AEE back.

Tempting, isn't it? The way Nexon handles these types of things is just extremely poorly.

Plenty of people that got hellbanned deserved it, but not the compensation-and vice versa (before anyone jumps down my throat).

I've seen 3 people with 500k mp, 1 with 400k and some with 30-40k MP.
Nexon basically telling us to go and buy duped pomegranate and get hellbanned to get compensation.
Do nothing > Get your stuff removed for no reason/hellban/nothing
Buy Dupes > Get Hell ban Lose dupes/ No Hell ban and keep everything> Get Compensation

I believe those tyrant got delete must be used by dupe no boom aee
I remember the first time no boom aee got dupe during summer ? so they probably track all the way back to that time I had lost like 8 no boom aee I know 7 of it was legit the one I brought was sep and that one I brought probably wasn't legit but it was 1.5bil I brought it sound pretty legit but at that time there also dupe one in the economy so no one know which is legit or not so if anyone scroll their tyrant during summer probably use a dupe no boom and end up losing the tyrant
it seem like it doenst matter if you use guardian scroll to finish but the oringally the no boom aee probably dupe one u use on it so nexon delete it... that is my guess a theory

It's a shame legit people that are the ones to suffer.
I understand people lost items that may have been legit etc but what about the people that do nothing and have to suffer all the time (down time, crashing and so on)
Where the hell is my compensation for playing this game correctly?
(I'm not taking away from anyone who lost legit items but damn I'm getting tired...)

Meanwhile, me, with my main stuck with the error code 38 lockdown glitch, not being able to purchase the infinite steely throwing knives when they were availible and not removed from players, not being able to even get hellbanned because my mesos were on my main, Losing out on the event's +8 attack scrolls to scroll a claw that is on my locked main, and of course, without the glitch being apparently known by Nexon.
I even gather all the information I can on a thread I made, and sent it to them via live chat, only to get responded shortly after on the ticket with "Try reinstalling, or on another computer" kind of automated response...
Yeah. Seems fair. Enjoy your compensation, I doubt I'll get anything from my glitch.

To be honest it didn't cross my mind when I said to report it.. but I'd think a duped 15 star equipment is more "damaging" than to have one happy exploiter with 50k MP or is it just me who would think that?

Despite the fact that Nexon has messed up by removing legit items and leaving some obviously illegit items, I'd still say that they did a good job overall. Most people I know with legit tyrants still have them (with a few exceptions [MENTION=3070]Marksman Bryan[/MENTION]
and most of the illegit gear I noticed before are now gone. It doesn't hurt to send in a ticket so that Nexon becomes aware of the issue. Nexon might not respond to the ticket in time and they might not respond at all, but at least then you can say that you tried.

It was most likely deleted because I passed the 11th star on the 31st around noon EST (could be way off, but I just know it was 6hrs+ before the dupe was released).
All of the scrolls are 3-4 months+ old except for the one I personally got from a RED box philosopher book. I lent a friend three of the nobooms I had, and he used them to make a legit 15-star tyrant and his stuff wasn't touched, so there's no way in hell any of my scrolls were duped.

With this kind of track record, why wouldn't people make mules to get in on some of this action. Like the guys above were saying (jokingly?), the outcomes in this situation are:
- Loss of a worthless mule
- Status quo prior to abuse
- Getting away with it
- Exorbitant compensation
There is no deterrent to behaving badly and that is a problem. The Risk:Reward ratio is skewed too far towards Reward.
